This program is designed to work in conjunction with the basic census system. The program will allow you to schedule groups of lay ministers to assist at Masses. For example Altar servers, lectors, greeters and Eucharist ministers can be grouped by a particular Mass. You then create as many of these groups as you have and it will schedule them on a rotating basis.

The program will calculate all the Weekends in the year after you give it the first one. It allows you to enter unavailable date exceptions and it will alert you if someone gets scheduled on one of their unavailable dates.

All the names of the lay ministers are drawn from the activity list in the general census. You don't need to re-enter information in this program and when the main data changes it changes here also.
