This system is designed to schedule and track when a property is shown in a real estate office.

You enter your agents and each property once. When is showing is set up you choose the property, whether it is your company or another agency and the agent that will be doing the showing. You record the date and time as well as how the property will accessed, such as lockbox, owner home etc.

You can then print reports of showings by data span, by listing agent, by showing agent or all showing for a property. There are also reports that show if a showing has been entered but date and time have not been verified.
